NES Game Genie
About the Game Genie
The Game Genie is a cheat cartridge that allows a user to input password codes which in turn alter the game play of an NES game pak. Simply insert the Game Genie into the NES as if it were an actual NES game cartridge and then piggy-back the NES game pak onto the Game Genie. When the NES is powered on, the user will be prompted with a screen to enter ROM changing codes that have varying effects on varying NES game paks.
